Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Weight Loss Expert
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Optimum Performance Training Pro, completing an advanced certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I fix people and I love doing it! My focus is corrective exercise, weight loss, and helping you reach your goals in a timely and safe fashion.
I run an in-home personal training business where I train both individuals and groups. In addition, I offer very affordable online personal training and weight management plans. Click here to view my online services page. But before I found my passion and purpose, in November 2001 I weighed 291 lbs. and wore size 26 clothes. I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people work toward and often surpass their fitness and weight loss goals. I love to support, educate, and motivate people and help them enjoy doing it! My personal experience gives me a unique perspective of what it takes to get in shape and learn to eat a healthy diet. I am a real life before and after.

I decided I had to take charge of my health and began a simple workout program that I did at home 3 -4 days a week along with a low sugar diet. I didn’t starve myself nor did I workout for hours at a time.
After 5 months I had lost about 50 lbs. . The picture quality is terrible but that really is me!

I was dedicated to my plan, working out 30 minutes to 1 hour 5 or 6 days a week. In 10 ½ months I had lost 120 lbs, 48+ inches and 12% body fat with no pills and no surgery. I have maintained my weight loss for over 5 years now. My success was a lot more than just being a much smaller size, it was learning to take care of myself and make my health a priority so that I had more to give to the people and things that are most important to me.
I have maintained my weight loss for 6 years now.
